News: PLANES MISTAKEN FOR STARS ANNOUNCE U.S. TOUR DATES IN JUNE 2017

After emerging from their near decade-long hiatus, Planes Mistaken For Stars triumphantly returned last year with their bleak and beautiful album, Prey (Deathwish).  Released in October of 2016, the album received massive critical acclaim and landed on ‘best of’ lists from Village Voice, Magnet Magazine, Brooklyn Vegan, Nerdist and more.  Now, Planes Mistaken For Stars have announced an east coast and midwest summer tour in support off the album- check out the full itinerary, which includes stops in Boston, Brooklyn, DC, Chicago and more, below.

 

A creative anomaly since their formation in 1997, Planes Mistaken For Stars’ sound resides somewhere between rust belt grit and hearty midwest marrow.
