Interviews: Soldiers Of A Wrong War

In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the Rock band Soldiers Of A Wrong War, from Italy. Check out this band and give them a like on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that? 

It wasn't easy to find the right name but in the end we decided we were satisfied with Soldiers Of A Wrong War. it's nothing related to politics, it's just about everyday life because sometimes we all feel like we're soldiers who are fighting for something in their lives. We have to face a lot of struggles on our path and it may happen that we feel like we're fithing a wrong war cause everything seems complicated at first, but in the end, we always find a way to go on and make things work.

2.Why did you want to play this genre? 

Just because we really enjoy to play it live, we love the vibes that this genere is able to give us when we play and there's nothing bettere than being on stage with our instruments, having the chance to make people bounce and have fun with us.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Yep: Adin and Difio went to the same high school. While Difio and Luca live in the same neighborhood. We met Ric when we needed a new drummer in 2014.

4. Each band member favourite band? 

We all agree that at the moment Royal Blood, Don Broco, Arctic Monkeys, The Neighborhood and a lot of different hip hop artists are our favorite listenings.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? 

Life in general, past situations, learning from your mistakes, all those things that we face everyday on our skin.

6. Where was your last gig? 

Torino, italy. we did the release party for our brand new album "Countdowns".

7. Where would you like to act? 

Anywhere we get the chance to act, as soon as we're on stage we're ready to spread some wildfire.

8. Whom would you like to feature with? 

I think James Hetfield would be one of the dopest feat ever in the history of alternative rock music.

9. Whom not? 

This question is too hard, everyone deserves a featuring once in a while.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that? 

We never had that problem. When we're on stage we feel like we're in our natural habitat so it's like home for us, we feel great each time we get the chance to put our feet on a stage.

11. What bands have inspired you the most? 

Definitely Linkin Park, Metallica, Foo Fighters, The Cure.

12. What do you think of your fans? 

They are the fuel that keeps this machine going, without them we wouldn't be able to do what we love the most: music.

13. What do you think of our site?
