News: DRAB MAJESTY ANNOUNCES EXPANSIVE US HEADLINING TOUR

After releasing post-punk masterpiece The Demonstration and embarking on several massive tours alongside bands like Cold Cave and King Dude earlier this year, Drab Majesty will now seize the headlining slot in an expansive US tour in September and October, following two July performances in Detroit and Calgary (dates below). 

 

Focusing on the aesthetics of cult ritual and the devastating power of music, Drab Majesty’s live show has become a phenomenon in itself. Fronted by interdimensional muse Deb Demure and anchored by Mona D on keyboard accompaniment, Drab Majesty infuses goth with pulsing synth and shimmery “tragic wave” flourishes. 

 

Earlier this year, Drab Majesty released The Demonstration, the project’s sophomore LP. Recorded by Josh Eustis (NIN, Telefon Tel Aviv), The Demonstration features 11 songs that fully realize Drab’s transition from warbled cassette project to captivating post-punk medium.
