News: STAGE OF REALITY: LISTEN TO THEIR VERSION OF MICHAEL JACKSON'S HIT "BEAT IT"

Italian alternative metal act Stage Of Reality has revealed their rock version of "Beat It", the famous song by Michael Jackson, re-arranged with the style of Stage Of Reality. The video was filmed in studio played live during the shooting in his entirety! 

Founder Andrea Neri says: "We chose 'Beat It' because we wanted to challenge ourselves with the greatest pop artist ever: Michael Jackson. 'Beat It' is a strange song because even though it’s a pop tune, it’s also a rock one, so it perfectly fits our sound. We’ve always wanted to perform it live and we decided to make also a studio video of it. We played it like if the song was arranged by Stage Of Reality, nothing more. The big changement is during the solo part, we didn’t want to make a new solo that could be compared with Eddie Van Halen’s one, that’s impossible, so we said: 'Ok, let’s cut it out and compose an instrumental special in our alternative prog style'. And we did it!".

The new self-titled album will be out on October 14th via Rock Avenue Records USA.
