News: Bumpin Uglies Announcing Signing with Space Duck Records; Releasing Fourth LP 'Beast From The East' on April 6

Annapolis, MD's Bumpin Uglies have signed with newly launched Chicago-based indie label Space Duck Records, and will release their new LP 'Beast From The East' on April 6th. Pre-orders for the band's fourth LP, the follow up to 2016's 'Keep It Together,' will launch on March 16.
Frontman Brandon Hardesty says, "I'm very excited about this record! Howi Spangler (Ballyhoo!) ran point on the production for these sessions and the result is our biggest sound to date. This was a very fun record to make and I think it will be a fun record for the fans to listen to as well.”
Space Duck Records founder Daniel Servi adds, "I have been a fan of Bumpin Uglies for quite a while now and have worked with them in the past in other capacities. I think Brandon and the guys have something very special with this record and I am thrilled that Space Duck Records can be a part of it"
What people said about Bumpin Uglies 'Keep It Together':
"Because of the vast influences the album contains, there really is something for everyone. If you don’t check this album out, not only will you be missing out on one of the best albums of the year… you will be missing out on listening to one of the best bands of the last few years."
The LP Collective

"Keep It Together is a collection of hard-nosed reggae rock ballads. The lyrics are extremely honest, and Hardesty sings each song with fire in his breath. Bumpin Uglies effectively change tempos throughout the album, building up to would-be-moshes, then slowing down the beat to allow our heart rates to settle back down....It’s an album with no-frills attached, just candid, clever lyricism mixed with high volume reggae punk rock." - The Pier
"With their steady stream of live shows, EPs and full-length LPs and DIY ethics they’ve managed to leave other stagnant bands in their dust. “Keep It Together” is the culmination of that hard work and effort that they’ve put forth and it definitely shows. In my opinion it is easily their best album." - ReadJunk
"...a very good album and the laid back reggae/ska grooves on here will certainly help eke out the last remaining sun rays and brighten up the start of autumn."- The Punk Archive
