Interviews: Lostair

In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the  Trash Metal band Lostair, from Italy. Check out this band and give them a like on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that? 

Lostair is a combination of 2 words lost (from paradise lost that i'm a Great fan) and air from Still air an album of Kirlian kamera.

Lostair basically means all the missed opportunities.

2.Why did you want to play this genre? 

Metal is the music we like to Listen and play, for us is the best music in The world with the best people.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Me and the drummer are friend more than 20 years,the other guys we have knowned in these ultimate years.

4. Each band member favourite band? 

Oh is very difficult,i'm a Great fan of Paradise lost, Stizza the drummer love the early Metallica,GORGI the bass player love In Flames and Andy the other guitars Listen Megadeth and 5FDP.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? 

It depends, for this album that is a concept focused on the Christian religion the lyrics speak of the corruption of the Vatican state,the mistery in The bible and the faith,in The previous work there are different tematics from the religion,to the fiction,to Real world,etc,

I'm the only writer and depends how i feel in determinate period of My life.

6. Where was your last gig? 

We have played at hall of fame in Swiss as support at Spoil Engine a band under Nuclear blast ,a Fantastic place to play with crazy guys.

7. Where would you like to act? 

Oh everywhere we would like to play in China or in Sweden

8. Whom would you like to feature with? 

I think Testament,Megadeth,Paradise lost etc.

9. Whom not? 

All the italian shit artists like Vasco Rossi.Ligabue,Fedez ,we hate them.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

No never ,the best thing is drink one or two beer before the show and relax,then after the show let's the party begin!!!*

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

The Great names of the past like Iron,metallica,megadeth,slayer,judas,saxon,etc.

About recent names i think to band as Trivium,In flames,Amon Amarth,Paradise lost etc.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

One guy have asked Me to Replace the guitar player Andy but unfortunately that guy have never play a guitar.

13. What do you think of your fans?

We have know many Fantastic guys and someone is a Great friend,the metal community is awesome like a family

14. What do you think of our site?

Yeah very cool we love it!
