Interviews: The Howling Lords
In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the Alternative Rock band The Howling Lords from UK. Check out the interview and this band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.
1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?
A mix of a rob zombie film and having a blues troupe in front .
2.Why did you want to play this genre?
I think it probably grew from my singing and guitar style. We previously experimented with other styles but that heavy bluesy thing just seemed to stick.
3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?
Yes, unfortunately.
4. Each band member favourite band?
Linkin park, beck, free. We'll let you figure that one out.
5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?
Long nights, life events and things that have a ring to them in their phrasing.
6. Where was your last gig?
A great little bar in our hometown called Edge o' the world.
7. Where would you like to play?
Wales, Texas, South by South west
8. Who would you like to support?
Black river delta, the Cadillac three, black stone cherry
9. Who not?
2 ungrateful children
10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?
Yes we all have in different ways. we will give you what we do; drink beer and annoy each other until we feel comfortable or one of us have a breakdown. And what you probably should do; meditate, do some press ups and properly warm up. Try not to spread your nerves and focus on the music.
11. What bands have inspired you the most?
At the moment? Probably Muse, meatloaf, tool, Audioslave and black stone cherry
12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?
Asked if they could have Jens

We like the ones that don't puke in our drinks
