Track By Track: Perpetual - Maze Of Chaos (2018)

1. ISOLATED:

We open the album with this instrumental track in which we intend to reflect the isolation that the kid, the main character of the next track, feels as he listens to other children playing in the distance.

2. DO NOT ALLOW FORGETTING:

The meaning of this track is a bit difficult to explain, but to sum it up, the main character is a child living in poverty, between diseases, ill-treatment and general misery.

3. MAZE OF CHAOS:

In this track we speak about a lethargic society, surrendered to the system, that finds itself inside a dead-end labyrinth where fanaticism and repression have won the battle and there’s neither an alternative nor a solution in sight.

4. BLOODY GATHERING:

This is the only track that departs from the conceptual line of the album. It’s a more viking cut that follows the trail of our previous album, CARVING A DISMEMBERED GOD. It is about a gathering of Celtic clans which culminates in a bloody battle full of death.

5. UNHOLY BLOOD:

Utter disregard for the alleged Messiah after more than 2000 years of lies from the high-ranking religious representatives.

6. SHADOWS RAIN:

Instrumental track acting as an interlude to the next track. In it we intend to represent the rain and the sadness and melancholy we associate with it.

7. FLAGS OF DESTRUCTION:

Here we talk about fascism, the disgusting political class and the fanaticism for the flags filled with hate that wave rotting away on the balconies.

8. MISANTHROPY:

A misanthropic point of view in which we jump to the conclusion that the solution to all the problems of mankind lies only and exclusively in the extinction of the entire human race for there is no hope for it.

LOBOTOMY

Metaphor about the alienation and manipulation of the people by the media, in which the viewers believe all the shit they're being told and are kept faithful through morbid interest and human misery.
