Interviews: Necro Seizure

In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the Death Metal band Necro Seizure from UK. Check out the interview and this band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

The name Necro Seizure came way back in 2008 when Glynn was going to start up a record label, Necro Seizure was the artist name he was going to release under, the label was never started but the name remained.

2. Why did you want to play this genre? 

We are all fans of Death Metal and its brutal rush of adrenaline energy it gives.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Glynn and Steve have known each from a early age they as they went to primary school together and have remained friends ever since.

4. Each band member favourite band? 

Glynn: Deicide or Entrails (he cant choose).
Martin: Kataklysn.
Steve: Gojira.
Donal: Sikth.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? 

It is a release from everyday stress and grief hence Glynn’s lyrics.

6. Where was your last gig?

We are a relatively newly formed band, Donal joined us as our new drummer a little while ago, we are currently writing new material in the studio, gigs will follow soon.

7. Where would you like to act?

Bloodstock, Download, Sonisphere, Mammothfest.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

To be on the bill with any established Death Metal acts.

9. Whom not?

Justin Bieber or any manufactured pop boy band.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that? 

We all get nervous its good, it means you care. Just practice, get your music tight. Then smash that first chord!

11. What bands have inspired you the most? 

We get inspiration from all different types genres of metal but if we had to choose. Entombed, Deicide, Entrails, Sikth, Sepultura, Dismember, Dying Fetus and Slayer to name a few.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for? 

Glynn was asked by a fan from Australia if she could come and live with him whilst he was on tour.

13. What do you think of your fans? 

So far they have been very supportive and giving us positive encouragement.

14. What do you think of our site? 

We was unaware of the site, but after taking a look its a great to see a place with lots of different exciting bands.
