Band Biographies: Under Aegis

Under Aegis is a four piece progressive metalcore outfit from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After spending time honing their craft and playing shows with bands such as Oceano, Within The Ruins, Currents, The Plot In You and more, the group released their first single, “Sedated” in 2017. The following year, the metal quartet released their second single “Point Blank” which exemplifies just what’s to come from Under Aegis.

As the young band-vocalist Carl Martin, guitarist, Bao Vo, drummer Parker Gaitens and bassist Avery Gaitens-gear up to release a slew of new singles in 2019, listeners can expect djent-like guitar riffs combined with progressive melodies. With new releases and shows planned, the future is bright for Under Aegis.
