Interviews: I Giardini Di Chernobyl

In this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Alternative Metal band I Giardini Di Chernobyl from Italy. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

I planned it, and that's how it came out. In the sense that I was trying to find a name that reflected these times, and at the same time, arouse curiosity.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Because, in our opinion, it best reflects the message we wanted to send out.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Yes, we're all old musicians, so we've often had the chance to meet with different projects, in different musical contexts.

4. Each band member favorite band?

I can say, on behalf of everyone, that surely all the bands of the 90's and 2000's scene have influenced us in the field of alternative rock/metal. If we have to choose one in particular, Nirvana certainly influenced us most of all.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

The inspiration comes from various life experiences that have been extremely significant for me, and that have changed me deeply.

6. Where was your last gig?

On August 15, 2018, on the beach, in Italy, opening to the Yawning Man. Beautiful experience and great musicians!

7. Where would you like to act?

At the Ozzfest!

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Korn

9. Whom not?

Nickelback

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

There is no real advice, I can say numerous rehearsals and go on stage as much as possible, helps a lot.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Korn and Deftones

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

I don't remember any special requests from fans that have been impressed on me, but I do remember a concert in a square, where there were happy families with children in tow, where in a rush of euphoria we destroyed all the equipment, and at the end of all the total chaos, as soon as the sound engineer turned it off, I heard 3 seconds of silence and then like forty children, crying in unison. It was very cool!

13. What do you think of your fans?

They are our DNA! Love them all!

14. What do you think of our site?

It's fantastic

15. Something add?

Stay Rock !!!
