Interviews: ASHBORN

In this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Metal band ASHBORN from the UK. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

It was our guitarist Mietek's idea a couple of years ago.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

This is what we feel. You mix all of us and you get Ashborn hehe.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Not for really long but yes. Maybe 2 or 3 years.

4. Each band member favorite band?

It will be impossible to pick one band. Sorry

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Life and everything around us really.

6. Where was your last gig?

It was in Bournemouth. We have a quite big group of our fans over there.

7. Where would you like to act?

My favourite venue is Brixton Academy in London so yeah over there.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Decapitated!!!

9. Whom not?

I wouldn't mind playing with any band that plays similar music.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Not really. We get more excited before we play a show. I think it's in our veins.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

I would say Sepultura, Metallica, Pantera ,Machine Head, Kat , Decapitated, Faith no more and many, many more.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

I can't really think about anything weird. Maybe it's still ahead of me.

13. What do you think of your fans?

We have the best fans in the world. They are absolutely great!

14. What do you think of our site?

You are helping bands to get some new listeners which is really nice. We all need to help each other.

15. Something to add?
