Behind The Artworks: Dyatlove - Dyatlove (2020)

We had a bunch of ideas for the EP art but ultimately settled on this photo. It was actually taken by a friend of Sam while in Brazil. Originally we were going to call the album Pass The Heavens, so you can see how the photo makes total sense. Even after we settled on ‘Dyatlove’ we stuck with the pic. I love the minimalism of the photo with the hand palm up to the sky and the bird circling overhead. It’s so serene, yet strong.
