Band Biographies: BruteAllies

Hailing from Manchester UK. BruteAllies are a metal band combining modern Thrash metal with a technical edge and fierce death metal with breathtaking melodies. The best way to describe the sound of BruteAllies is an uncompromising lyrical ferocity, filled with twin guitar attack spitting out pounding riffs, earth shaking tectonic bass and battering ram-like devastating drums. A band that walks it's own path, have their own sound but many influences, some of them evident some unintentionally hidden while they passionately manage to retain their own style.

Since their formation they released a promo DIY video of their song “Invasion” and have played some blistering shows at local festivals. Fuelled by the positive response, hard work ethic and the experience gained by sharing the stage with bands such as Fleshgod Apocalypse and Bloodshot Down, they have morphed to the spearhead of the new wave of Manchester's extreme metal scene.

In April 2020 BruteAllies finished the recording of their debut six track album titled “Ash & Nails” produced by Ivan Panferov of Anthropocide studios. Lyrically the album deals with the oppressive realities of war, the raw unforgivingness of pain, the unbearable loss of human life and the living nightmare of post-war existence. Musically “Ash & Nails” is a carefully crafted album with each song capable to stand on its own. Characterized by the contrast of aggressiveness and melody, technicality and speed, tightness and relentlessness, with a vocal deliverance to match it is a captivating album that will allow BruteAllies to make their mark.

In October of the same year BruteAllies signed a worldwide deal with WormHoleDeath Records (part of Aural Music Group) for the release of their debut album. This marks a new era for the band and on their own words they stated that “We are really excited to work with WHD Records and Carlo and we are ready to work hard to make this album a success for us and WHD Records” Meanwhile the band already started writing new material and they are working with promoters all over the UK and Europe to book shows for the rest of the year and beyond.
