We were looking for an art that encapsulated the meaning of the lyrics, focusing on the brain and the inner torment. Searching through the internet, we found an artist on the web that uploaded an art some years ago that fit perfectly what we had in our heads (@Jasricart). We contacted her and she loved the idea of the project and she gave us his art.
