“When we wrote ‘When the Fame Goes to Die,’ we wrote it out of the frustration of how people are so keen on trying to have clout on the internet and trying to ‘make it’ that they end up losing sight of themselves and letting all of it go straight to their head. We’ve watched that happen to people we know personally and people we know online, and we just got sick of how they think the world revolves around them, so we decided to put that facade on full blast. We like to think of it as the consequence of hungering for 15 minutes of fame.” - Tyler Chase
