Band Biographies: Destrania

Destrania is a one-man project created by Nick Goodwin. Destrania pulls inspiration from bands such as Dimmu Borgir, but also has their own unique sound. Mixing a traditional Symphonic Metal signature, with elements from many other sub genres such as Black Metal and Death Metal, but with a progressive and often more melodic tone, every song has its own unique flair and style. Hard and heavy passages make way to soft and subdued moments. Complex rhythms and textures flow into simple yet beautiful moments throughout. Much like an epic journey, there's always something new waiting ahead.
