Interviews: Endure My World

On this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Deathcore band, Endure My Wolrd from the USA. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

The name actually comes from Coheed and Cambrias "Welcome Home" and I thought it was fitting due to it being my project it's like when someone listens they're enduring my world.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

I've always loved Metal. Extreme Metal in particular and it just kind of came naturally. I don't aim for any specific genre when I write.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

It's just me so yeah, we've known each other for about 31 years at this point!

4. Each band member's favorite band?

That's a tough one considering I have a favorite band for each genre but The Black Dahlia Murder is always my number one! (RiP Trevor)

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Man that's a good one! I draw inspiration from every thing! I have a song about Shadow of Mordor, a 3 part song of my own lore I am expanding on. Metal is such a vast canvas it can cover anything from dark fantasy to politics to straight up party songs.

6. Where was your last gig?

My last gig was at Coyotes in Seaford, DE which is no longer around.

7. Where would you like to act?

I'd love to play at Wacken one day or at least attend! Or even UK Tech Fest

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Dan Watson of Mire Lore is on my checklist for dream features and I hope when the opportunity presents itself that he is down!

9. Whom not?

Hmmm. Alan Jackson?

10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?

Oh yes. I still get anxious just getting ready to go anywhere there are people. My advice is to take a deep breath and face it! You'll be glad you overcame it. Live in the moment!

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

The Black Dahlia Murder, Distant, Exocrine, and Purulence.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Nothing weird really comes to mind but this project isn't that big so I'm sure that day will come eventually...unfortunately.

13. What do you think of your fans?

Absolutely love them! I wouldn't be anywhere near where I'm at without their continued support!

14. What do you think of our site?

I really dig what you got going on here at Breathing the Core! I'd love to get some of my fellow roster mates in touch as well!

15. Something to add?

Yes, huge huge huge thanks, and shoutout to Dan and the Total Deathcore family! They took a chance on me and together we've become like family. Watching and helping them return to their former glory and exceeding it is an amazing feeling and my way of giving back to the scene. There are some big things in the works including the first-ever Total Death Fest in April 2023! It's just awesome to be a part of something looking out for the smaller underground guys!
