Interviews: Resolution 13

On this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Industrial Metal band, Resolution 13 from Finland. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Why did you want to play this genre? 

I don't think that we are in any particular genre. There are lots of influences but we have created our own unique sound where we can blend in almost anything but still sound like R13! 

2. Did you know each other before the band was formed? 

I have known Dallas and Nico for over 20 years but Gábor joined in later when R13 was formed. 

3. Each band member's favorite band?

There is a long list of favorite bands but at the moment my favorite is Lorna Shore. 

4. Where was your last gig? 

In Seinäjoki (Finland) Bar15 on 25.11.2022 

5. Where would you like to act? 

I'm too shy to act...I rather just hide behind my bass...

6. Whom would you like to feature with? 

There are many but let's say Mike Patton to name one.

7. Whom not?

Maybe some proper diva but cannot name anyone in particular...

8. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?

Many times.Basically bigger the gig bigger the stage fright...

9. What bands have inspired you the most?

When I started playing bass at the age of 16 I was inspired by Primus, RHCP & Iron Maiden. Nowadays some modern progressive bands like Vola, Tesseract & Leprous.
