Interviews: Sadistic Messiah

On this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Thrash Metal band, Sadistic Messiah from the USA. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Rhodz Costa: The name was based on Brazilan shit ex-president Jair Messias Bolsonaro, a scumbag human being, and the name works to remember dictators of human history, and how cruel they are.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Rhodz Costa: I play thrash metal cause is the most insane and violent metal style ever made! I grow up listening to many thrash metal bands and of course, it's my favorite metal genre!

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Rhodz Costa: Yes, we are friends, and it's good to play if them!

4. Each band member's favorite band?

Rhodz Costa: I’ll mention some influences like Demolition Hammer, Forbidden, Sepultura, Morbid Saint, Gorguts, Carcass, Exodus, and Kreator.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Rhodz Costa: Horror Movies, Sci-Fi movies, shit things that happen in our lives, serial killers, etc.

6. Where was your last gig?

Rhodz Costa: Before the pandemic, 2020 I don't remember the month!

7. Where would you like to act?

Rhodz Costa: On stage ! no matter where! hehehhe

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Rhodz Costa: Some friends like Deathgeist, Evil Corpse, Sacrifix, Podridão, Blasthrash, etc.

9. Whom not?

Rhodz Costa: people I don't like hehe

10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?

Rhodz Costa: All the shows that I play! if you don't feel a cold sweat when you hit the stage, there's something wrong with you hehe. my advice for beginners is, to drink some beers, face the crowd, and play fast as you can heheheh

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Rhodz Costa: Metallica, Megadeth, Exodus, Deathrow, Bywar, Sepultura, Side Effectz, Violent .

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Rhodz Costa: I think nothing weirdest that I remember …

13. What do you think of your fans?

Rhodz Costa: I think that small bands like us don't have fans, I face the fact that we are equal to any people like us! we are all headbangers! no matter if you are on stage or in the audience!

14. What do you think of our site?

Rhodz Costa: We don't have a site, only our social media like Spotify, youtube, facebook, Instagram, and Bandcamp.
