Band Biographies: Terrafirma

Terrafirma was formed in 2021 after guitarists Cody and John began writing in early 2020. Drummer Gence and bassist Ian were critical additions to the lineup, cementing the band as a local metal staple. Based out of Virginia, the band spent their debut year performing original material to fans across the region. The band just finished recording their debut album, entitled Memoria Technica, with producer Jamie King. Set to release later this year, the record is a concept album touching on the fusing of mind and technology and the horrors that come with that world. Influences include Periphery, Trivium, Veil of Maya, and Gojira.
