Interviews: Nerumia

On this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Death Metal/Black Metal band, Nerumia from Switzerland. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

I was in Italy in Rome and I saw the name Nerone you know who is it  And it took me the idea of Nerum= obscure or black and ia for Italian grammatic  

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

When I was a teenager at 13 years old I discovered the magnific band Obituary, cause of Death and I was shocked of this powerful music and I started my own band Disaster  

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

No, but Magnus the bassist heard about my band and listen to a "cracked" my first album to one of his friends, and we started to play together  

4. Each band member's favorite band?

Magnus: Joy Division

Adrien: Opeth

Sam: Leprous

Scual: Dissection

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

All the cruelty of this world inspire me a lot and the way of people interaction

6. Where was your last gig?

In Wallis Switzerland

7. Where would you like to act?

Now we will have a concert in Italy and this my parent's roots and I'm so excited to play in Italy

Obituary

9. Whom not?

No problems with all band

10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

No never I rebirth when I go on stage

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Obituary Hypocrisy Death Immortal

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

I did have this kind of experience
