News: Armstrong MetalFest Open Band Submissions For People's Choice Award w/ Broken Neck Radio

Armstrong Metal Fest is proud to announce their 2018 People's Choice Award via BrokenNeckRadio.com. One band will be selected through online voting to perform on the 2018 line-up. The contest will run from February 10th to 24th. The winner of the online voting will be announced on February 26th.

Bands interested in applying can submit to djzang@brokenneckradio.com until February 9th.

Preparing for their milestone of a decade of metal in Canada's Okanagan Valley, ARMSTRONG METALFEST is gearing up for their biggest event to date. Over the last nine years the festival has hosted a long list of bands such as Revocation, Cattle Decapitation, Suffocation, Beyond Creation, Rivers of Nihil, The Zenith Passage, Anciients, Bison, Striker, Archspire, Cryptopsy, Unleash The Archers, Ninjaspy, Vesperia, Aggression among many others for British Columbia's largest gathering of metalheads from across Western Canada and beyond.

Planning their 2018 edition, early bird pre-sale tickets for AMF are now on sale for a limited time until February 1, 2018 for a special price of $95 CAD. Tickets can be purchased at the following link: https://armstrongmetalfest.ca/tickets/

All tickets provide General Admission and grant access to the festival grounds, camping area and arena from 11:00 AM on Friday, July 13, 2018 until 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 14, 2018. Free camping is included.

Ticket Prices

After early bird pre-sale tickets have been sold out and starting February 1, 2018, the ticket pre-sale price will go up to $125 CAD.

At the door price will be $165 CAD.

Taking influence from Europe's music festival circuit, Armstrong Metal Fest is a heavy metal celebration that encourages metal heads from across Canada and the globe to mosh and camp with the backdrop of great outdoors of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley.
