Interviews: Oddfellas

In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the  Rock band Oddfellas from USA. Check out the interview and this band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that? 

The name was never planned..i just said it one day, and I stuck. Plus we’re all pretty odd..

2.Why did you want to play this genre? 

We just play whatever comes out of us..these days we can’t even explain what genre we are. We just play.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed? 

Yes, we all went to school together. We all hungout with different crowds but somehow we’re all together now. Wouldn’t want it any other way. 

4. Each band member favourite band? 

Dakos is Pink Floyd, Davey’s is Tool, Masons is Nirvana , Drake’s is Pearl Jam. 

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? 

Family, friends, fans, supporters, haters, happiness, and mostly depression.

6. Where was your last gig? 

Iron Horse Pub in Wichita Falls, TX. 

7. Where would you like to perform? 

Anywhere that people will listen.

8. Whom would you like to perform with?

Pearl Jam.

9. Whom not? 

Whoever isn’t Pearl Jam. 

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Yes, I think we all have before at least once. My advise would be to smoke a little bit of weed and learn how to not give a shit what people are going to think, and they’ll love you for that. 

11. What bands have inspired you the most? 

We are inspired by so many bands it’s hard to name them out. Literally any band that’s together and works their ass off inspires us. We learn from every band we have met and played with. 

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for? 

One fan really really wanted to keep my hat, sadly I didn’t let him...

13. What do you think of your fans? 

We have the best fans in the world. They crack my shit up and I love them. We can always count on them to have or backs when we got beef with someone. They kick ass.

Great site for anyone in the music industry!
