1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Our music originated with dark lyrical content from being at a point of our lives where we were growing up and dealing with life situations & breakups which gave us the lyrical content to create our sound as we were growing & BrokeNCYDE.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

A. We created this genre as we wanted to create a new sound & break the monotony of the way music sounded. Show that you can be different & create a new sound if you work hard enough.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Mikl-Shea & Antz are brothers who knew Seven beforehand and met Phat J through the process.

4. Each band member favourite band?

We don't really have a favorite band. We enjoy pretty much every genre of music (except for country) haha. Music is art and we as artist no the struggle and respect anybody that isn't afraid to be different and push the boundaries of music.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Anything that makes you smile or associated with fun inspires Brokencyde.

6. Where was your last gig?

Russia was our last run at some shows. We are very ready to take over again & tour.

7. Where would you like to act?

We enjoy every part of this beautiful earth.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

We'd like to collaborate with OG Maco!

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

You just gotta roll with it & it clicks! Think about what'll make people have the must fun.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Music itself inspires us.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

The shirt off my back right after stage was a little intense. I was very sweaty that night.

13. What do you think of your fans?

We honestly have the best fans anybody could ask for. They support us greatly and we appreciate that & work hard for them.
