Interviews: I Will Return For You

In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the Progressive Metalcore band I Will Return For You, from Mexico. Check out this band and give them a like on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

It’s the result of a love promise between two band founders.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

Because it's the most exiting music that you can play, the riffs, the breakdowns, it just feels awesome. 

3.Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Fernando, Charly, Jona and Kenneth already knew each other, Roco is gay, and new.

4.Each band member favourite band?

Roco (bass): For Today, Make Them Suffer, Muse, Like Moths To Flames, Attila. 

Fer (vocals): Cultura Profetica, While She Sleeps, Periphery, Queen, Limp Biskit. 

Kenneth (drums): Haken, Dream Theater, Northlane, In Hearts Wake. 

Jona (guitar): Green Day, Deftones, The Word Alive.

Charly (guitar): Undearth, Texas in July, As Blood Runs Black. 

5.Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Conscience, soul and friends.

6.Where was your last gig?

It was at Gato Calavera (Skull Cat Forum). 

7.Where would you like to act?

Plaza Condesa, Foro Alicia, Warped Tour, AP Awards. 

8.Whom would you like to feature with?

From other countries... CJ from Thy Art is Murder, Telle from The Word Alive. 

9.Whom not?

With mamones guys.  

10.Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Maybe in my first gig, just breathe and let your fingers do the job, enjoy being onstage, jump, spin around, be yourself. 

11.What bands have inspired you the most?

Like Moths to Flames, The Word Alive, Northlane.

12.What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

They’ve asked us not  to jump while beng onstage, and nudes. 

13.What do you think of your fans?

They're beautiful, they got energy and passion, without them, we won’t have enough energy to give a good show. 

14. What do you think of our site?

it's a really cool site, I've visited it a couple of times.
