"The response to 'Hello, Phantom' has blown our minds. We've had amazing reviews and I feel people are really starting to connect with the record. It's only been out a week but hopefully it will just build and build.

We love House of Vans and our headline show will be an opportunity to showcase a wider range of our material. Expect a powerful set that combines atmospheric guitars with some visceral musical pieces.

It's amazing to be working with Vans again. They've helped out all our other bands in the past and it's great that they continue to create opportunities for new artists.

Waco are friends of ours and also on my label Venn Records. Even though they sound very different to Gold Key they write huge catchy punk songs and I can't think of a better band to warm up the crowd!"
- Laurent Barnard, guitars

The band are on the final few shows of Arcane Roots' UK tour, interspersed with a couple of shows withGrave Pleasures.
GOLD KEY comprise of members from GallowsSikthNervus/Blackhole, however debut album HELLO PHANTOM (KKKK - Kerrang!, 4/5 - Planet Rock Magazine) shatters any sonic preconceptions. Painting a truly epic landscape, the record capturing progressive influences from the likes of Bowie and Floyd, presented in a more agitated package. Abrasive, fuzzy bass meets soaring falsetto vocals, and angular guitars driven by primal percussion - it’s no wonder that early reviews have cited similarities spanning widely from Queens Of The Stone Age to Radiohead.
Current single KEROSENE features viscous layers of sound and intricately placed motifs, alongside both haunting and explosive vocals from Steve Sears. It follows previous single Creep In Slowly which garnered across the board support from rock radio including BBC Radio 1 Rock Show, Kerrang! Radio, Planet Rock and TeamRock Radio.
