Behind The Artworks: Of Hatred Spawn - Of Hatred Spawn (2018)

The artwork ties in directly with the lyrical themes of the album. Very Conan-inspired. Remy had a specific envision of exactly what it should look like, so he drew up the initial sketch and we shopped it around to a few different artists, eventually deciding on an Indonesian artist named Hamz who was able to turn the concept to life. We were really happy with the result. The painting captured the dark feel that we wanted, and that was most important to us. The art depicts a masked evil rider on horseback taking fresh slaves back to the castle, so that they will join the others to push the wheel of pain.
