Interviews: All Is Allowed

This is a new interview with the Alternative Metal/Stoner Metal band All Is Allowed from Brazil. Check out the interview.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you plan it or came out just like that?

We were brainstorming to choose the band's name and, the first goal was finding out an easy-sounding name and the second one, this name should be coherent with the message that the band desired to pass through its song, "All is Allowed" came out, finally we found a name where we had part of the anthem of rock and roll where everything is allowed but also, part of philosophy, the free will.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Because of our influences like Alice in Chains, Tool, Ego Kill Talent, Black Sabbath, Soundgarden...

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

The band's mates weren't close. In March 2019, The drummer "Guto" and the first lead guitar "Vina" were looking for a singer, and using social media they found "Frank" and invited him to perform a rehearsal. After that, They started looking for a bass player and found "Juhanni Perondi", the band was complete. At the end of December 2019, the first lead guitarist left the band and "Rudah" was invited to make part of the team He made part of the band from January 2020 until April 2022. Currently, we are working with a new lead Guitar and very soon we're gonna present his name.

4. Each band member's favorite band?

Frank: Soundgarden

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Our songs are based on philosophy.

The last concert was in April at a Festival called "Sollar Music Festival", reuniting 6 bands.

7. Where would you like to act?

Our goal is to perform GIGs in all great festivals around the World.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

One of the greatest that we would like to feature would be "Alice in Chains".

9. Whom not?

Actually, we have no idea, rs. I think, who we are to choose to feature with?

10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?

I think we have butterflies in our bellies all the time when we are on the stage and this is really great because every time it seems to be the first time. The tip for beginners is just one: Enjoy the trip and feel the beat.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Alice in Chains, Ego Kill Talent, and Soundgarden.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

As we are a new band on the block, we don't come across with crazy fans.

13. What do you think of your fans?

That all of Them are real rockers!

14. What do you think of our site?

It is a great place to see, hear and find new bands.

15. Something to add?

Stay true, listen to and follow your heart, only it knows what is your real desire but, but don't forget, to achieve your dreams, you must also work hard to get the results expected. It is true Kid, no pain, no gain.
