Interviews: Noisecide

On this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Industrial Metal band, Noisecide from Paraguay. Check out the interview and follow the band on their WEBSITE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

I was a combination basically of the word Noise with Suicide, so we wanted a word that doesn't exist, also, that way would be easier to have domains with no extra words like /noisecidemusic, etc, and it means for us that we can suicide with the noise, and yeah, it was planned to be honest.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Basically cause we can express freely what we feel without boundaries, and we can mix all our influences in our songs, the electronic elements adds different atmospheres to the music and the metal gives it the power it needs in our opinion

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Yeah, we used to play in another band together before Noisecide

4. Each band member's favorite band?

Danicide: Threat Signal

Atarix: Trivium

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

We know that life itself is a major source of inspiration, but We are also fascinated by the advancements in technology that have been mind-blowing lately. We usually get inspiration from bands and artists that we listen to as well, that would be the major source of inspiration in our opinion. Additionally, technology has also influenced the way music is produced, distributed, and consumed. The rise of digital platforms, streaming services, and social media has provided artists with new avenues to share their music and connect with a wider audience. These technological advancements have not only changed the business side of the music industry but have also shaped the creative processes and approaches to songwriting.

6. Where was your last gig?

The last gig was in La Tabernita - Asuncion - Paraguay

Zardonic, Blitz Union, Rabit Junk

10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?

Not really, but we always are a little nervous before any live performance, that keeps us alive in our opinion, a good tip for beginners is that you don't need to be afraid, lose the fear and let the music flow through your body, also if you practice a lot it will come up naturally

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

NIN, MM, Rammstein, BMTH, Metallica, Guns n Ruses

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Nothing crazy yet luckily, hahaha

13. What do you think of your fans?

They are great people, the last time we had a gig they were so nice and polite and stayed till the very end of the show, even when we weren't playing anymore and they supported the other artists as well, that's a nice gesture in our opinion.

14. What do you think of our site?

We think the site is great and very informative, it's a great source to discover new bands from all over the world and be informed about the metal genre in general, also the fact that you put a Free Music page is a big plus in our opinion
