1. HAMMERFALL:

Well, that’s quite easy. It’s an epic song with the hammer sound at the very beginning. It celebrates Thor's battles against his many many enemies.

2. CRANK IT UP:

This song comes from a very pleasant end unexpected encounter. We were wandering around at Wacken Open Air in 2014 after our show and a Crank it up reporter stopped us and asked for an interview. We did it and promised her to write a song to remember that day.

3. DEFENDER:

That’s a “space opera”. Talking of an intergalactic here who defends the planets attacked by any armies which intend to conquer them. This hero is known as THE DEFENDER.

4. SHUT DOWN:

Here we have a madman who attacks a school and kilsl a lot of students. At the end of his terrible action he thanks the police for having killed him: and shut down his useless and terrible life.

5. THE KILLER INSIDE:

Pistorius was arrested and charged with murder after he fired four shots at his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp through a locked bathroom door at his Pretoria home on Feb. 14, 2013. This song talks of this.

6. RAPTOR:

This is a horror song :). it talks of a human-monster named Raptor who attacks his victims coming out from the dark in a very silent way. No one can escape from him even if he doesn’t like his being.

7. HELL IS NOT A BAD PLACE:

This is a very special song as it will never be played live again. Live and Thunder is and will be the only CD on which this song will be available. That’s a very collectible item….:). That said the title talks speak for itself and we agree with it ….:)

8. BORN IN THE FIRE:

Thai is a very sad song. It talks of all the children born during a war. Unfortunately, this song is always very very current: even today.

9. ROCKIN' TRAIN:

This song wants to celebrate the passion of rock music. The same passion which pushes boys & girls to follow the tours of their preferred bands. We have thought of an ideal train which travels worldwide to stop at every show.

10. HEAVENS OF ROCK:

Even this one is a very special one. If you look at the lyrics you discover that it's made of a Gotthard song. It was our special gift to Steve Lee ( Gotthard singer ) who accidentally died on Oct, 5 2010. Why did we do it? We love Gotthard and Steve’s singing a lot. We toured with Gotthard in Italy and it has been a pleasant experience: we loved them.

11. RUNNING LIKE A WOLF:

This song talks of racism, even if a very special one. A creature half machine and half human-clone try to escape from society. A society that treats it as a monster. He runs away towards a city of hope … real or dreamed only? Who knows …:)

12. THUNDER GODS:

Well, this was our very first song to be recorded on official record and since then has always been included in our setlist. It talks of the eternal battle between good and evil. Battle seen from God's point of view…inspired by Greek Myths.
