I did it by tweaking the Thrasher skate magazine logo (the face at the pentagram's center was taken by the manga "Bastard!!" (this logo kinda started as a joke, as we were playing in a local skatepark, but since we liked it and since it represented the band's sound pretty well, we keeped it around) and finally used it on the first EP !...
