“The Sun” is inspired by a friend of mine who was a bit hard on reaching for the answer to the universe.

Where the ego gets too fueled by greed and the need for answers. As if we're entitled to know, but we're not. We're just a part of the universe and the more we accept it, the more free we are!

As for the riffs, I was aiming for them to be aggressive. Hard punching and restless! As you can hear at the end of the song, you hear the ego scream for the answers and demand the truth!
