“Solo d’essenza “deals with the most intimate and true part of us, our soul, our vital energy, the part of the Divine that is in each of us, our essence. At a time when material, appearance, and objects have taken on more importance than our ‘emotional being’, we want to go against the tide, as always, by setting to music the most beautiful, neglected, and immortal part of every living being: its essence!

 

Our name translated from French to Italian means: my soul.

 

These three words encapsulate the essence of our musical project, which is to bring back in our songs all our most intimate emotions, feelings, and experiences ..in short, all that is inside of us, enclosed in our emotional being called soul, where the lowest common denominator is LOVE in its broadest sense.

The purely British and dark sounds of the guitar, where noise and melody are intertwined in an unbreakable embrace, supported by the rhythmic power of the drums amalgamate with our hermetic and introspective lyrics giving life to the music, or rather to the ROCK LITERATURE of MON ÂME, as we like to call it. Well yes, we call ourselves Rock Poets, because like all poets we want to share our emotional abyss with you through our music. This is us, this is MON ÂME.
