Behind The Artworks: DRUNKEN CROCODILES - Aegony (2025)

The artwork represents the entire concept of the album in a single image.

How the ego is used inappropriately keeps us tied and forced into an incorrect, deformed, claustrophobic condition.

It was created by PROMPTDSGN, and inspired by the works of Hans Bellmer.

Polish painter, sculptor, photographer and illustrator who lived in Germany.

Specifically, his Dolls, life-size mannequins made in the 30s that depict young women immortalized in unusual poses and with discomposed and deformed bodies.

Bellmer's dolls were in strong contrast with the German ideology of the time, centered on the cult of perfection and the body.

The project was born as a form of opposition to the Nazi party, which (obviously!!!) the artist didn't want to support.

Together with Deianira and Daniele from Prompt DSGN who proposed it to us, we confirmed that it was the perfect way to graphically represent our concept.
