"Last Man Standing" delves into some of the darkest corners of human nature. It’s about the kind of man who becomes so consumed by selfishness and delusion that he loses all sense of humanity—someone who refuses to lift a hand for anyone else, even as the world burns around him. It also explores a more twisted idea: a man who believes he’s helping, but whose detachment from reality turns his 'help' into something destructive. These themes echo throughout Through Pain, but they cut especially deep in this track.

 

Visually, we knew the video had to carry that same weight. Every element—the blood-streaked bathtub, the masked figures, the shattered mirror—was chosen to reflect the inner collapse of his mind. The 'killer' is introduced immediately, already steeped in violence, and one by one, we watch him eliminate the other figures. But the final reveal is where the real horror sets in: the last survivor is the killer himself, masked and blind to his own reflection. It’s a visual metaphor for those who claim to save others, but in truth, only spread ruin.
