Behind The Artworks: Ocean Of Another - Loneliness Of My Kin (2025)
Loneliness of My Kin tells the tale of a human heart torn between the desire to be loved and
accepted and the burden of past traumas in a society ravaged by consumerism.
How can we find meaning in a world hooked on cheap thrills and complacency?
Climate change, war, and the negative effects of capitalism were once seen as left or right
political issues—now, they are the reality we live in. How do we confront these truths when we
still don’t understand what it means to be human?
We strive to command and conquer the world and the universe while constantly averting our
gaze from our inner worlds, losing our humanity with every step.
This EP is a form of self-discovery—a scream into the abyss in search of meaning and humanity
amid a power-hungry system trying to dissolve our essence to feed its endless hunger.
The cover made by Robert Ban Bebek, who is also the band's drummer, perfectly encapsulates
these feelings of loneliness and decay. We wanted the cover to lure you in and to set the mood
for these 6 song,s where we explore these themes of loneliness and humanity.
