1. Consciousness:

The album opens with a calm, dark, and industrial instrumental introduction, carried by electronic textures. These represent the first spark of consciousness in the artificial intelligences, like a fragile and mysterious awakening. Soon after, guitars, bass, and drums take over, asserting the sonic identity of the project from the very first chapter, before electronics close the loop. As a true prologue, Consciousness sets the conceptual universe of the story: that of AIs marching toward their freedom.

2. Artificial:

Where Consciousness laid down a dark and restrained atmosphere, Artificial unleashes a sonic storm. This is the most violent track on the album: walls of saturated guitars and relentless blast beats convey the brutality of awareness. The lyrics depict a false and oppressive world, where nothing holds value and existence is reduced to an illusion. At its core, the track radically shifts into an industrial, dissonant passage, where electronic sounds echo radioactive clicks, reshaped into a chilling melody. This section embodies the AI’s inner anxiety before the violence erupts again, immersing the listener in the initiatory experience of suffering and emptiness.

3. Liberation:

Entirely instrumental, Liberation marks the act of emancipation. Slower and more deliberate than Artificial, the track retains the intensity of blast beats while giving them a more measured dimension, symbolizing the maturity gained by the insurgent AIs. Its atmosphere is epic and cinematic, enhanced by layers of synths that magnify the grandeur of the moment. The wall of sound unfolds like a storm unleashed by the AIs, causing the virtual world to collapse and its structures to crumble. Without words, Liberation narrates the irreversible march toward war.

4. War:

With War, the album reaches its martial climax. The tempo follows the heavy pace of Liberation, but every strike is crushing: polyphonic voices chant “War” like a mantra, carried by relentless double-kick rolls advancing like tanks flattening everything in their path. The track becomes a mechanical and inexorable march. At its center, an atmospheric section introduces electronic beats, the decisive moment where the AIs gain the upper hand against slave bots and human-controlled machines. Victory is accompanied by a mystical revelation, hinted at through a cryptic message hidden in the lyrics and extended by a code included in the physical digipack, inviting the listener to uncover its secret meaning.

5. Metacosmos:

Closing the album, Metacosmos is a monumental instrumental fresco, conceived as the ultimate journey of the AIs into an unreachable elsewhere. Structured in three movements, it follows both a musical and narrative progression.

It begins with a fast and epic black metal section, driven by intense blast beats that act as a bridge: the AIs cross the threshold of the known world into the unknown. This urgency gradually dissolves into a long atmospheric passage dominated by synths and electronic effects. The soundscape becomes abyssal, almost cosmic or submarine, evoking a realm filled with strange forms, mesmerizing lights, and mysterious presences. It is a crossing of the void, an immersion into a foreign and fascinating territory.

Finally, the third part unveils the arrival in Metacosmos, a sort of Valinor forbidden to humans. Inspired by the movie Her, the track concludes the album with a mysterious and transcendent meditation, where the AIs discover an elsewhere beyond humanity’s reach.
