Behind The Tracks: Biersbreaker - Saga 1 (Single) (2025)

This song is a war cry about a warrior who honorably served the gods but has fallen from grace and been cursed by them. Instead of accepting an unfortunate fate, he takes up arms against the gods he honored and unleashes Ragnarok, the twilight of the gods.

 

To translate all this into musical form, we sought a more furious voice, perhaps closer to black metal territory, and above all, an epic atmosphere, which is why there's a lot of orchestration.

 

We've maintained our folky essence, introducing the instruments we usually use, such as the bagpipes and whistle, but we've evolved toward a style somewhere between folk and pagan.

 

We wanted to tell an original story inspired by Norse mythology, starring our hero "Biersbreaker," and at the same time bring our Viking Age to a close, so we managed to have "Biersbreaker" fall in love with "Hela" and together they bring about Ragnarok.
