Behind The Tracks: Flesia - DRUCK (Single) (2025)

DRUCK was the first song we wrote for ACHTERBAHNEKSTASE.

 

This track explores how people struggle under various forms of pressure: self-imposed expectations, rules of society, and the weight of those around them. It tells the story of a person trapped, sinking deeper and deeper underwater. With each meter, the surrounding pressure grows until the sphere can no longer hold and finally collapses.

 

Musically, DRUCK became our first dive into a long and meditative structure—like a descent into the deep. Its uncompromising, heavy tone mirrors the lyrical journey: a slow, inevitable sinking, where tension builds in silence and release comes only at the breaking point. Echoes of this descent resonate throughout the entire album.
