The title song Swallow the Pill is about the healthcare system and how it's failing the people who need help. It's about how instead of taking care of the real problem and getting to the root of it they stuff people full of chemicals and pills to the point that people live more like zombies and never deal with the real problems.

 

Mental State Creation is about how we are going more towards a individualism society, it's more about whats good for the individual and not the whole society as a whole. It's about how we are thaught to stomp on people just get our way ahead of everyone else, never looking back at the havoc we have created as we are going forwards, the lyrics were written trough the eyes of a narcissist.
