Interviews: Blackstars

On this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Hard Rock band, Blackstars, from Italy. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name? Did you plan it or came out just like that?

Well, the name came out just like that because it’s a name both hard and mysterious, and it keeps the essence of our sound.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Because it’s the music that we all love, it’s part of our DNA from the golden era

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

In part, yes, as regards Tony and Wolfie, and after Walter and Folkert

4. Each band member's favourite band?

Well, we like Kiss, Dokken, Scorpions, Ratt, Ozzy, Loudness, and more

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

We like the hard rock music from the 80s and 90s. We have the same spirit, and every guitar riff is a good inspiration because we love Rock and Roll

6. Where was your last gig?

Actually, we are focused on the promotion part. In 2026, we will be on tour.

7. Where would you like to act?

Well, we hope in the UK and the rest of Europe

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Well, well, well, good question, I think with the bands that we love.

9. Whom not?

We hate the grunge bands, and also my ex-band, hahahahahaha

10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?

Fortunately, nope, maybe because we love playing music without personal problems

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

First band KISS hahahahahah

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

No comment hahahahahaha! Wild things

13. What do you think of your fans?

We love them because without them, we will be nothing

14. What do you think of our site?

It's great, really over the top
