The cover of OrgaMecha’s debut album shows how closely people and technology are connected. From the moment we are born, technology is part of our lives. Newborns are watched over in hospitals, their photos are posted online, and their health is tracked with digital tools. Devices monitor our sleep and safety. Technology is woven into our lives from the beginning, shaping who we are, how we relate to others, and the chances we get. As we grow, our experiences are shaped by algorithms and networks. Learning and making friends often happen through screens. We stay connected to technology from birth, and after death, our digital lives live on. OrgaMecha’s imagery and lyrics wrap these concepts into a classic heavy metal sound that recalls a past when technology was present, but not as pervasive - looking back in time and into our future all at once.
