Behind The Artworks: Altarheart - Prone To Wander (2026)

I designed this artwork myself using Adobe Illustrator. This music endeavor has also gotten me back into graphic design after a post-college hiatus. I wanted it to be eye-catching and dramatic. I searched far and wide for a cool-looking royalty-free church image, and then added a bunch of layers and textures, ultimately inverting it with hellfire. Can't get much more dramatic than that! It connects directly to the album title and theme, people wandering from their faith, and ultimately being worse off for it. I don't like boring covers, so I figured I'd go all in here.
