Behind The Artworks: BIRDLORD - Dreams Lie In The Eagle's Eye (2026)

The artwork was hand-drawn by our drummer, giving the whole visual identity of the album a deliberately sketchy and DIY character. This approach runs from the single covers and album artwork to the physical releases and merchandise. On a yellow background (yes, we love colours!), an eagle is driving away on a motorcycle. This is a strange, almost punkish image, but without becoming trashy or overly polished. As Birdlord, birds have naturally become a recurring part of our visual and lyrical world, and the eagle felt like the perfect symbol: a majestic creature. We wanted the artwork to feel like a visual journey rather than a perfectly defined statement. On the back, the track titles are written in a spiral, reinforcing the idea of movement, cycles, and an ongoing search for direction.
