Behind The Scenes: Event Relentless - The Last Chance (Official Video)

Vocalist and guitarist Juho Raita describes “The Last Chance” as a song that captures the essence of the band: “If someone asked what Event Relentless is all about, I would play them this song. The track clearly showcases the band's core elements: heavy riffs, melodic hooks, and big choruses. It’s straightforward, honest metal, with a bit of technical guitar and drum work sprinkled in to keep things interesting.”

The song combines the band's characteristic heavy guitar work with melodic hooks and large choruses, giving an early indication of the musical direction EVENT RELENTLESS are taking on their forthcoming album.

Filmed in Tampere

The music video for “The Last Chance” was filmed in Hiedanranta, Tampere, Finland an urban industrial area whose atmosphere matched the band's aesthetic.

Bassist Henri Soisalo explains:

“We considered what would be a great location to film a video for this song, and from a few options, the Hiedanranta area in Tampere was chosen. The setting felt suitably urban, offering just the right amount of grit that matches our vibe.

The building where we filmed was actually under renovation at the time, so while we were blasting metal at full volume through the speakers, construction workers were carrying out their jobs right behind the camera.”

The result is a raw and energetic performance video that reflects the character of the song and the band's Tampere roots.
