Behind The Tracks: Manu Pes Band - S'Istria (Single) (2026)
Responsibilities, expectations, work, routines. Everything keeps moving forward, but somewhere along the way, it can become difficult to recognize yourself in the life you are living.
This feeling is at the heart of “S’Istria”, one of the key tracks from Manu Pes Band’s new album “EUFORIA”.
Entirely instrumental, the song does not rely on lyrics to explain its meaning. Instead, riffs, melodies, dynamics and groove create a constant sense of tension, reflecting the conflict between the desire to escape and the feeling of being unable to break free.
The official video expands this idea visually, portraying alienation and the growing pressure of a personal and professional life that no longer seems to represent who we really are.
Music and images become part of the same narrative: a journey through routines and responsibilities that can slowly lead us away from ourselves.
“S’Istria” fits naturally into the wider concept of “EUFORIA”, an album conceived by Manu Pes Band as a journey through consciousness, where blues and heavy metal meet hard rock, funk and fusion influences.
With no words to guide the listener, “S’Istria” leaves space for something more personal: the possibility of recognizing our own experience inside the music.
Sometimes, what is hardest to say can be expressed without saying anything at all.
