Interviews: Black Cat Moan
1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?
The band is named after our song Black Cat Moan, one of the lead tracks from our first album. It was our record company that suggested that we rename the band to Black Cat Moan. Before that, the name of the band was Landslide.
2. Why did you want to play this genre?
Because this is the genre we listened to in our early teens. Formative years.
3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?
Jƶrgen (guitars) and Bo (drums) founded the first incarnations of the band. The other 3 band members joined one at a time. That’s when we got to know them.
