Track By Tracks: Dandalion - Dantalion (2026)
2. “Ascend Through Ruin" was the third track we composed for this album. Following the overarching theme of the record, the lyrics depict human malice and hostility, delivering a powerful declaration: I will fight against any entity that attempts to destroy me.”
3. “Whispers From the Inner Abyss’ was the fourth track we composed for this album. The lyrics delve into the internal psychological struggle, temptation, and personal demons. Unlike the previous track’s conflict with the outside world, this song focuses entirely on the darkness that resides within one’s own mind.
4. “Where the Hidden Demons Rise" was the second track we composed for this album. The lyrics expand on the theme of the human mind, focusing on the duality of the self, internal corruption, and the final surrender to the dark side. It serves as a direct continuation of the psychological descent that began in the previous track.”
5. “The Temple of Internal Ruin” was the seventh track by order of composition. Its lyrics speak about the dehumanization of the human race and the widespread lack of empathy.
6. “The Fire Under my Skin” is the fifth track composed. Its lyrics explore the feeling of being trapped in a personal and cyclical hell from which there is no escape. It highlights a constant struggle against one’s own demons, fears, and dark desires.
7. “The Inner Voice” was the sixth track composed. Its lyrics were the first to be written and adapted to the song. Its theme is what gives life to the album and from which the rest of the songs stem; it speaks of a completely empty being, devoid of emotions and lacking any morals, who will step on and use anyone within their reach, regardless of the damage caused, just to get their way. Evil personified.
