Behind The Artworks: Born From Lie - Into Madness (2026)

The whole album is about madness in its different forms.

The madness of the world we live in, with wars tearing us apart in different parts of the world.

The madness of consumer society.

The madness of people who use religion, for example, for the wrong reasons, to hurt others or justify going to war.

Mental health, which is still a difficult subject to talk about, has become increasingly relevant in a society where it's often hard to fit in and find our place.

We try to hide our struggles as much as possible, and when other people finally realise what's happening, it can sometimes be too late.

People are often under so much daily pressure that, sadly, some of them simply can't cope anymore and reach breaking point.

I was looking for something that could represent these different forms of madness, and the idea of a wave seemed perfect.

This wave is like a cyclone, sweeping us away while we're powerless to resist it.

It can represent an inner struggle, but it can also be a metaphor for what's happening in the world around us.
